Description

Mine 77 is a stand-alone prequel to Factory 42, where you take on the challenging role of an overseer in Odrixia's largest mine. Navigate government mandates and negotiate with fellow overseers while filling your own pockets.

Mine 77 gameplay revolves around two connected rondels - an underground production rondel and an above-ground ‘town’ rondel. The game utilises a simultaneous action selection process using work-order cards. There is an incentive to cooperate and interact with your fellow Overseers, as every second round, the Government will check that Overseers collectively have completed the set goal - and, if need be, collectively punish slackers. A sneaky Overseer may opt to evade the collective punishment by gathering rosettes (tokens of communal esteem).

Mine 77 seamlessly weaves the theme into each game mechanic, requiring players to select their path to victory. Since there are a limited number of actions available, you can't pursue every option. The path you choose may differ significantly from the paths chosen by your opponents. Every game will offer a fresh new challenge for the players.

Thematically dark, dangerous, and rich in depth, the game’s setting, imagery, and style of play immerse players in a grim world of Dwarven commerce. Unlike the flashy, surface-level aesthetics of other lesser games, Mine 77 truly engages players in a dark, subterranean environment filled with Dwarven lore.

Mine77 is a game focused on worker placement, resource management, hand management, and yes, even beer.

Mine 77 comes with English and German rules and components.
