Somewhere, in a dungeon dark and dreary . . . something lurks in the shadows.

We all fear the unknown. Yet, for some of us, we go to our weekly game nights and practically beg for it. We bring our dice, our pencils and paper, and our imagination. And somewhere in the hours that follow, we find delight in the things that hide from our understanding. We seek that which scares us . . . that which thrills us.

It is perhaps this thrill-seeking that gave rise to one of the most well-known creatures in fantasy RPGs: the eye tyrant.

You may know it by many names, but this aberration is infamous regardless of its title. A fleshy mass of grotesque stalks, too many eyes, and often a gaping maw, the eye tyrant appears like a nightmare. While some of these monsters are classic, there are surely others that have become even more horrific. That’s where this work comes in.

What will your next eye tyrant look like? What will it do . . . and what can it inflict on player characters? We can’t answer that. But maybe you can after reading this pamphlet.
