The appendix game, "Greek Civil War" from Modern War #11, plays the battle between the Greek government and the DSE (Greek Democratic Forces), a fighting group led by the Greek Communist Party, in 1947-1949.

The game map is Greece divided into areas, where the DSE players try to reduce the power of the Greek authorities and replace their governing structure with their own, while the government players try to contain the threat to civil society with civilian police and Greek government forces and reserves.
