Description

What is Nîn-Gonost?

Nîn-Gonost ("Fortress of Tears" in antique elf) is a game different in every way from anything you knew before. Lead a group of adventurers, the Queen and her wardens, or a pack of brave and tough dwarves. If you prefer the sneaky way, a wide variety of dungeon keepers are waiting for you. From Malgaroth the Necromancer to Lord Sereg, the evil Vampire, they are ready to get their orc troops and critters into the intruder's way anytime!

Nîn-Gonost has its own unique game system that makes every action incredibly realistic, and easy and fast to resolve.

The color dice system allows you to spend less time on calculations and more on strategy and fun! Each character comes with a card that shows all you need to know and more. Depending on the kind of combat you like, you can choose to be involved in small fights or large melees. The choice belongs to you. You can even play solitaire! Basic rules are suitable for beginners and family gaming, while advanced rules lead players to infinite possibilities. From slamming into doors to disarming an opponent, everything is possible.

All Adiken miniatures are presented with their Nîn-Gonost character cards.

The completely modular game board is held together with a unique, patented magnet system, making it extremely convenient, and amazingly quick and easy to assemble. The three-dimensional board makes you feel like you are there. Magnetized walls, swinging doors and sarcophagi complete this original game board to perfection.

The beautiful wooden case allows you to store and carry the most complete miniature game set ever made. Once opened, it unveils the mystery of its considerable weight. Indeed, it contains an impressive selection of quality material. The book, gorgeously illustrated by famous artist Jeff Easley, introduces you to the game with the highly detailed yet very simple rules. Convenient compartments are provided to receive the 25 satin jeweled dice. The 14 Adiken miniatures, very detailed and cast in pewter, come with their plastic bases and illustrated character cards. You'll be able to paint the figurine right away, for the Nîn-Gonost case also includes 6 bottles of Adikolor paint and a #1 sable brush. Most importantly, the case contains a complete set of magnetic floor sections and walls, to quickly build a superb dungeon that will resist the test of time. Your dungeon will then be decorated with the pewter accessories: 4 doors, that can really open and close, and 4 sarcophagi with separate lids. Finally, you get a pre-cut tokens and template.
