“Long has a keep stood atop the bleak hill, its glassless windows looking abroad across the land. It’s once proud walls are now crumbling and ruinous, shrubs have rooted themselves in the masonry and it wears a canopy of green leaves instead of a slate roof. A path of sorts winds its way up the treacherously steep hill upon which it stands but finishes at a rubble choked ditch before the open maw of its doorway, the door that once barred entry has long gone and the portcullis is little more than a rusted tangle of metal, beyond the threshold stands the rubble strewn courtyard” This adventure requires little to no preparation and is an out of the box ready to run adventure, for 4-6 1st-level, 3-4 2nd-level or 2-4 3rd-level characters. No specific information about the location of the Keep has been given so as it will more readily fit into your own gaming world but a local map and complete floor plans are provided as well as monster statistics with page numbers to the core books given. This 12-page adventure is an exciting dungeon delve that can stand alone or be incorporated into an ongoing campaign.
