Bully

Growing up in the wastes is not easy, especially inside of an Outcast gang. Outcast youths are therefore troublemakers and miscreants, requiring a special brand of motivation to stay in line. Bullies are Outcasts that have spent so much time around Scuts and their sneaky, childish ways that they have taken on a leadership role amongst them – leadership through fear and intimidation. Bullies keep their Scuts from acting out or running from the threats of Samaria by always sticking close by, no matter how far from the gang’s main body they advance.

The gruff exterior and mean-spirited nature of the Bully are only their weapons used to keep Scuts in check; they carry simple yet effective arms to deal with the Outcasts’ foes. A Bully punishes his targets at a modest range with a lead-hurling slug gun, using the loud report of the firearm to remind the Scuts what might be in store for them if they get unruly. If that doesn’t help them keep their heads down, a Bully keeps a belt or bandolier filled with numerous sharp objects coated in strong sedatives – ranging from knives and cleavers to saw blades and screwdrivers – that he can use to shiv anyone who gets too close with expert skill. If the shiv won’t kill someone, getting slowed down to be overrun by Scuts probably will!

Bullies are Individuals that can be included in Outcasts forcelists, either braving it alone to deal with their foes or at the head of large groups of young and brash Scuts.
