Luftwaffe Bombers in the Battle of Britain is a collection of over 150 images of German bomber aircraft during the summer of 1940. Each photograph tells its own dramatic story relating to aspects of the Luftwaffe assault on the British Isles during that momentous summer and looks at both the machines and the men involved.

This book provides a glimpse into events surrounding the loss of many of the German bombers brought down during that period, as well as looking at the personal side of the Luftwaffe losses through the faces of some of the young fliers involved.
