  • Armageddon War - Armord Combat in the End War Base Game

    Following disease, famine, and economic collapse among the world's first-line powers, conventional war erupts in the Mid-East for what arable land remains. Old allies join the carnage, and the war grows, pitting age-old adversaries and their new friends against each other. Armageddon War depicts the chaos in the midst of this war.

    Armageddon War is a platoon level game set in the near future. The first module focuses on the Mid-East, pitting Israelis, Russians, and Americans against age-old adversaries. We hope you feel that the game is a breath of fresh air in the war gaming world. There are no turns, just continuous activations. The intensity of a unit's close combat modifier is determined not only by its weapons but also by the tactics you choose to use for the assault or defense, and when you fire on a unit, it has the option of taking cover, or returning fire. The number of dice and the color of dice rolled, determine the number of hits.

  • Burning Lands Expansion

    Burning Lands is a complete expansion for Armageddon War. It features a full-sized (22" x 33") mounted map board that loosely replicates the north-western corner of Jordan (just south of the Golan heights), a full sheet of counters that features the Hezbollah and Jordanian military, and a full color rules and scenario book with six scenarios. This map is MUCH different from the two maps that ship with the base game, providing a constricted, hilly, heavily wooded terrain to fight in. Perfect for ambushes. Perfect for leveling the technological playing field.

  • Alone in the Desert - Solitaire Campaign

    The expansion includes rules for playing Armageddon War solitaire, six solitaire scenarios in a loose campaign, counters and cards.

  • The 600 - A Campaign for Armageddon War

    The 600 is a persistent campaign for Armageddon War. Persistent? Yes, persistent in the sense that the outcome of one skirmish affects the following battles. If you win a battle, your next engagement will be different than if you lost the battle.

  • Armageddon War Strategy Guide

    So popular with the Old School Tactical series, this is a full-color, 16-page strategy guide and example of play that will teach you how to be a better Armageddon War player.

  • Formation Cards

    These cards graphically define the formation and add a slight bit of background. Great for organizing your troops for a scenario or for playing with miniatures.

  • 3 Special Dice

    1) This is a set of 3 dice, one in each color. They will have a different color ink than the normal dice so you can tell them apart).

    2) You can choose to substitute one or more of these dice on your roll.

    3) Red die (measured fire die) - Takes the best attacker faces (star-star and star-star-shield) and replaces it with star-symbol and star-shield-symbol. If you roll the face with the special symbol, you remove 1 action step from the attacker after combat. This means the attacker would not have an action step after firing, or would take 1 less damage from any counterfire. However, this is at the cost of doing 1 less strike to the target you were shooting at.

    4) Black die (suppression die) - Takes the best attacker faces (star-star and star-shield) and replaces it with star-symbol and shield-symbol. If you roll the face with the special symbol, it does 1 strike to a different unit in the same hex as the original target.

    5) Green die (shoot & scoot die) - Replaces the star faces (there are two) with a symbol and makes two faces with 1 shield instead of 1 face with 2 shields. If you roll the face with the symbol, you may retreat 1 hex away from the defender after the attack resolves, and this does not count as an extra action step.
