Kevin Chiu is a resident of Vancouver B.C., and a long time planner of video game communities, and MMO development. Growing up with a very strict family, it was often easier for him to read about video games than it was to play them. Ten years ago, Kevin worked with Wen on an MMO project, due to unforeseen circumstances the project had to be placed on hold. Since then, the two of them have worked on numerous other projects , but what would eventually become Luminous Echo was never far from their minds.
