Factories that produce Family Games products are visited several times a year by their staff to ensure that fair and ethical practices are in place and that the employees are treated fairly and paid accordingly. A percentage of the sales from their bygone animal games was given to the S.P.C.A.; while presently, several hundred games and toys are donated annually to local charities and youth centers as a way to support community and promote 'Learning through Laughter'.
