USMC Infantry

The United States Marine Corps is America's force-in-readiness and first responder throughout American space. Working closely with the Office for Colonial Affairs (OCA), the Marines secure the "beachhead" in any interstellar conflict and pave the way for the US Army in longer-term engagements. Given this role, Marine Expeditionary Units are highly trained and capable of autonomous operations. The time-honored motto of the USMC is “Semper Fidelis” – Latin for “Always Faithful”. Semper Fi!

This 28mm (1/56 scale) hard plastic box set features 12 individual frames with enough parts to build 24 Marines.

Each Marine can be outfitted with either a standard M-46 rifle, an M-46 with an underslung grenade launcher, an M-46 carbine ("Shorty") with a tactical front grip, or the formidable M-2800 Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) which troops in the field refer to as the "ChainSAW" based on its unique trigger assembly.

Also included in the set is the ability to outfit the Marines with one of 3 helmet designs and the venerable 8-point Marine cap. An assortment of packs and ammo clips complete the set.

Set includes 24 25mm round hard plastic bases.
