This is a table top collectible card game and has no connection to the World of Warcraft MMORPG other than the name of the game and the theme. This is not a sale of any of Blizzard Entertainment's intellectual property associated with the Video Game. To be clear, no in game property for the World of Warcraft is being sold.

Each Class Starter Deck box includes:

1 Hero card

a tournament legal 60 card deck, including 3 rare cards

1 crafting card or randomly inserted Loot card

a rulebook

a quick start guide

one 19-card War of the Elements booster pack

They are also bringing back a selection of the hottest Loot cards from the past. You'll be able to once again crack open Spectral Kitten, Dragon Kite, and Party Grenade. Available in Fall Class Starters, a free pack of War of the Elements gives the player a second chance to crack Loot, including the Savage Raptor mount.
