The Mountains of Madness is a supplemental set of 60 fixed cards for Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game. It contains 20 different cards designed to augment existing decks and add variety to the Call of Cthulhu metagame.

This is not a standalone deck; you must have additional Call of Cthulhu LCG cards to play.
