STURM NACH OSTEN covers the East Front from June, 1941 to May, 1945. Includes counters and markers representing fronts, armies, corps, static garrisons, Soviet factories (must move eastward by rail before capture), artillery, fortification, blitz, and dispersal. Rules are provided for supply, ZOC, weather, and terrain. The victory conditions varied to account for historical turns of event, and control of key cities at key moments is paramount to winning.

Several scenarios, plus a simplified set of rules, are also included.
