Following these guidelines will ensure that your games arrive to us in the greatest possible condition and insure you receive the greatest amount possible for your games. Packaging Use well taped, sturdy boxes, not envelopes. Packing material such as tightly crumpled newspaper or packing peanuts should be used to prevent items from rubbing and shifting in transit. Allow room for packaging on all sides, do not package games directly against the box wall. Box sets and games should be filled with smaller items or packing material to prevent crushing. If loose counters are present put them in baggies inside their respective games - this is the number one problem with shipments to us. Damages due to poor packing are the senders responsibility. Include a short note with your email address included inside the box. Shipping The lowest cost shipping methods are Fed Ex Ground or the US Postal Services special rates for "printed matter" or "media mail" (for bound books, magazines, cdrom's or games made of printed components). If shipping via USPS, have the clerk check whether printed matter or media mail is lowest. If we are paying for shipping one of these three rates must be used. We also have a DHL account number we can send you so you do not have to pay any shipping costs up front. We advise against using packing services such as Mailboxes Etc. as they tend to do a poor job and charge for packing which we do not cover. Our shipping address is located here. |
