  12. How do I change or cancel an item or order?
    If you wish to make a change to an order, e-mail us at nobleknight@nobleknight.com. Note that it may not be possible to change orders with a status of "ready to mail/paid" or "shipped" as these orders may already be on the way to you.

  13. I received a "Quantity Changed to Available In Stock" message. What does this mean?
    When you checkout or adjust the quantities in your cart, our system verifies your items to make sure that no one else has ordered the items while they were in your shopping cart and that the quantity you are requesting does not exceed our available inventory. If the items have been sold, or you are requesting more then we have available, your shopping cart will automatically be adjusted to the available quantities.

  14. What is your return policy?
    Noble Knight Games will accept returns for defective items. Please e-mail nobleknight@nobleknight.com before returning any items. Note that if any part of your order is not up to your standards we will work with you to make it right!
