Mystic Eye Games was founded in 2000 by Doug Herring and Andrew Thompson. The company was an early adopter of the d20 license with their first adventure, the award-nominated Pit of Loch-Durnan. Later, Mystic Eye Games built on the foundation of their work with the award-nominated Nightmares and Dreams and the Hunt: Rise of Evil setting book.
In 2002 Mystic Eye Games worked to acquire the rights to the Thunderhead Games line where our VP of Marketing and Art Director, Hal Greenberg, joined us. He was the President of Thunderhead Games. TG is the creator of the unique and well developed award nominated Bluffside: City on the Edge and supporting supplements.
In 2002-2003 MEG is going strong, acquiring licenses with FFG for their Dragonstar line, Malhavoc Press with Arcana Unearthed, as well as other soon to be mentioned. In addition, we have been able to develop great relationships with our partners at Ambient Inc, Natural 20 Press, and Vigilance Press.
