Established in 1995 and dedicated to producing all-new Tunnels & Trolls™ products, Outlaw Press, Inc. is owned and operated by a modern-day hobbit named James L. Shipman II, often called Shipy—spelled with only one ‘p’, guys, ok?
James lives, and sometimes he even works, in his house, producing all of these new T&T products. A tiny hobbit house in the side of a hill, turned into a Tunnels & Trolls™ Museum, and settled in a small but quaint town in the state of Illinois, where everything is always peaceful.
