The Panzer AufklärerLaüfer I-A “Heinrich” features one of the deadliest post-1940 weapon systems: the 2 cm Flakvierling. This quad gun system, which allows for an extremely high rate of fire, is primarily used to engage low flying aircrafts.

Axis pilots rapidly discovered that their weapons could also be devastating against lightly armored ground targets. Heinrich walkers have now been integrated into every Axis motorized unit. They act as scouts, protecting heavier walkers from both flank and air attacks.
