The rules are fast play and are written by Ben King who is a wargamer himself. The scale is 1:500 and smaller. Twenty Two pages of rules cover movement, damage cards and a lot more. The rest of the pages cover the Civil War Ships on both sides. All you need is a 20 sided die. The combat chart has everything you need.
