This is the first in a planned future series of Army List books to accompany "Contemptible Little Armies", our popular rules for the First World War era. It provides lists for all the significant combatants in the main European theatres of the Great War - the Western and Eastern Fronts, Italy and the Balkans. This book is designed to be used with the 2nd edition of "Contemptible Little Armies". The lists themselves incorporate a few fairly minor revisions, but also remain compatible with the original 1st Edition of the rules.
