Yankees & Rebels is a two-player game in the Histo Command Dice series that allows you to re-fight battles of the American Civil War at a grand tactical level. The box includes all that you need to recreate "the 3 days of Gettysburg" (front printed map and specific units). In addition two more counter sheets of units are available for use in other battles or Gettysburg "what ifs". Using the terrain hexes in conjunction with the clear map on the back of the Gettysburg map it is possible to create almost all Civil War battlefields.
Game features: random corps activation, special dice for ordering units and combat stand-up units for limited fog of war. Rallying and reaction fire ability is according to training (Conscripts, Veterans or Elite).
English rules, one 19x26 inch double-sided game map on heavy cardstock. 4 sheets of stand-up counters, 8 special dice, 180 terrain hex tiles (map overlays), 80 plastic stands, 150 plastic chips. 2 players, age 14+, 90-180 minutes.
