War in the Desert combines the out-of-print titles Torch, Western Desert and the Near East. In addition to these, War in the Desert will contain a Grand Europa feature: all the forces, land, sea and air for Turkey, as well as scenarios for intervention. Using the Second Front rules improvements, this desert campaign brings together all the forces (British, Italian, Commonwealth, German) from the first shots in 1940 to the final Allied victory in 1945.
