Review: I had my doubts about this game. First, the long estimated playing time at least four hours in the short scenario. Also, the fact that it was a not a success when it was released in 1990 or some time around that. I finally managed to play it for the first time last week and, ooa, what a surprise. The game is fascinating. All that awkward rule book suddenly becomes clear as crystal once you play two turns of the game. And the sense of History permeates the game all the while, as you shift from playing the US troops or the Indians. Combat is frequent, but is not always the best way to get points, so it`s not a total bloody war game. I`m out of words to say how much I liked this game.
