Description

Normally there isn't much to say about GM screens. This one's the exception.

Let's start with the screen itself. Four panels on heavy card. On the outside, bracketed with artwork by John Blanche and Dave Gallagher, is a fabulous 3D rendered map of the Old World. It'll knock your eyes out. This map is so cool we have released it as a poster (though sadly the posters are currently out of print).

On the inside is every chart and table you need to run Warhammer FRP, arranged in a sensible layout that makes it easy to find what you're after. No big white spaces or pointless illustrations here: GM screens are foremost a tool to make the GM's life easier, and that's what we've created here.

With the screen you get two booklets. The first, compiled by Graeme Davis who was one of the original creators of Warhammer FRP, is a new system of critical hits and fumbles. It's got separate tables for blades, blunt weapons, teeth and claws, energy criticals, falling and crushing damage, missiles, guns... There's also a revised set of rules for using criticals. At last, clubs no longer slice people's heads off.

If you think that's cool, the second booklet will probably get even more use than the first one. Its main feature is a complete cross- referenced index for the Warhammer FRP rulebook, over eleven pages of entries. If there's a more complete index for any RPG out there, we don't know about it. Not content with that, we've also included an almanac for the Old World which you can use as a wall- planner for your campaigns, and a quick-reference equipment chart.

We believe this is the best GM Screen pack on the market today, and we think you'll agree. Even if you don't normally use GM screens, give this one a try.
