Systems Failure |

Systems Failure originated from a joke about the Y2K Bug. The story of Systems Failure starts with the first seconds of the new year 2000. At this time insectoid aliens decide to invade Earth and take their inhabitants as slaves. This would be nothing too special. What makes this background interesting is the fact, that these bugs have the ability to move through electric wires at the speed of light and materialize at the other end. Due to this the big cities have all fallen prey to the aliens. Now every power socket is dangerous, even if you don't put your fingers in it.
But that is not enough. The bugs can produce larvae that can live in the human brain and control the body. With these zombies the bugs can easily move into the wilderness where no power lines lie.
